Returns Policy

At VIBR, we want you to love what you wear.
If something isn’t right, our return process is simple, transparent, and customer-friendly.
Please read the guidelines below before initiating a return.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return only for eligible products within 7 days of delivery.

A return will be accepted if:

  • The product is unused
  • All original price tags and labels are intact
  • The item is in its original packaging
  • No signs of damage, wear, deodorant marks, perfume, stains, or washing
  • A valid unboxing video is provided for claims related to damaged or defective items

❗ Products Not Eligible for Returns:

  • Innerwear
  • Swimwear
  • Athleisure products
  • Items purchased under “Final Sale” (if any)
  • Products returned without tags or in used condition

2. Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days from the date the product was delivered.

Returns requested after 7 days will not be accepted.


3. Return Process

Step 1 — Initiate Return

Contact our support team and provide:

  • Order ID
  • Product Name
  • Reason for return
  • Unboxing video (mandatory for damage claims)

Step 2 — Pick-Up / Drop-Off

  • We will arrange a pickup through our courier partner (subject to serviceability).
  • If pickup is unavailable, we may request you to self-ship the item.

Step 3 — Quality Check (QC)

Once the product reaches our facility, it goes through a quality inspection.
Returns failing the QC check will be rejected and sent back to the customer.

Step 4 — Refund / Replacement

  • If approved, you may choose refund or replacement (only if stock is available).
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method.

4. Return Shipping Charges

  • VIBR bears the return shipping cost for eligible returns.
  • If a return is rejected due to misuse or violations of conditions, the product will be returned back to you without refund.

5. Important Notes

  • COD orders are not applicable as COD is currently unavailable at VIBR.
  • Products damaged due to incorrect washing, mishandling, or wear & tear will not be eligible.
  • Misuse of the return policy (fake damage claims, repeated returns, etc.) may result in refusal of future returns.
  • Orders may be canceled if a product is out of stock or fails quality checks before dispatch.
