Refund Policy

We want every customer to have a smooth and trustworthy shopping experience.
This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for purchases made on our website.


1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available for products that meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused.
  • All original price tags and packaging must be intact.
  • The return must be approved as per our Return Policy.
  • A valid unboxing video is required for any damaged or defective item claims.

Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected by our team.


2. Refund Method

All approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
No alternative refund methods (such as cash or COD) are provided.

Examples:

  • UPI → Refunded to same UPI ID
  • Card Payment → Refunded to same card
  • Net Banking → Refunded to same bank account

3. Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and verified, the refund will be processed within:

Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.


4. Replacement Policy

If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we offer:

✔ Replacement (Subject to stock availability)

If the replacement item is not in stock, we will automatically process a refund.


5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be refunded:

  • Innerwear
  • Swimwear
  • Athleisure products
  • Items that do not meet hygiene standards
  • Products returned without tags or in used/damaged condition
  • Items returned without required proof (e.g., unboxing video for damage claims)

6. Refund Rejection Conditions

Your refund request may be rejected if:

  • The returned item shows signs of wear or damage
  • Tags, labels, or packaging are missing
  • The product falls under the non-refundable category
  • No unboxing video is provided for damage claims
  • The return was initiated after the allowed return period
  • The product is found to be used or tampered with

7. Important Notes

  • We do not offer refunds for orders canceled due to incorrect address or customer unavailability.
  • Refunds are not allowed for COD orders since COD is currently not available on our website.
  • Refunds are issued only after Quality Check (QC) approval.
