1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship orders only within India.
International shipping is not available at the moment.
2. Shipping Charges
Our shipping fees are simple:
- Free Shipping on all orders above ₹1799
- For orders below this amount, standard shipping charges may apply (to be displayed at checkout)
3. Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed:
- Order Processing Time: 1–2 business days
- Orders are processed Monday–Saturday (excluding public holidays)
If there is any unexpected delay (rare), our team will reach out to you.
4. Delivery Timelines
- Average Delivery Time: 5 days
- Maximum Delivery Time: 14 days (depending on location, festivals, weather, or courier delays)
Please note: Rural or remote pin codes may require longer delivery timelines as per courier networks.
5. Shipping Partners
We collaborate with some of India’s most trusted delivery partners.
Our shipping partners will be finalized based on performance, reliability, and coverage.

6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
- A shipping confirmation email
- A tracking link / airway bill number to follow your order in real-time
If the tracking link shows no movement for 48 hours, you may contact us for support.
7. Failed Delivery Attempts
If the courier is unable to deliver the order:
- They may attempt delivery 2–3 times
- If still undelivered, the product may be returned to us
- Additional charges may apply for re-shipping
Please ensure correct and reachable address, email, and phone number to avoid failed delivery.
8. Delivery During Sales / Festivals
During high-volume periods such as:
- Festive seasons
- End-of-season sales
- Special promotional events
Order processing and delivery may take slightly longer.
We appreciate your patience during these periods.
9. Damaged / Missing / Wrong Items
If your order arrives:
- Damaged
- Incorrect
- Missing items
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
