Playlists Not Fully Syncing Between Devices, Help?

If your playlists aren’t syncing across devices:
• Ensure both devices are connected to the internet.
• Log out and log back in on each device.

New Account: Transferring Playlists, Liked Songs, and Followers

When creating a new account, you can manually transfer your playlists by sharing them with your new account. Unfortunately, liked songs and followers cannot be transferred.

Resetting Your Password Without an Active Email

If you no longer have access to the email tied to your account, contact Vibr support. They will assist you in updating your email address and resetting your password.

Close/Delete Your Vibr Account

To permanently delete your Vibr account:
1. Log in and navigate to Settings.
2. Scroll down to Delete Account.

Numeric/Alphanumeric Usernames

Vibr assigns numeric or alphanumeric usernames to users who register with their social accounts. To change your display name, go to your Profile Settings and update it there.

Find Out If You Have Another Vibr Account

If you're unsure whether you’ve created another Vibr account, use the Forgot Password option for your email. If no account exists for that email, you’ll be notified.

To upload Music on Vibr. You need to upgrade your account to artist’s Account and purchase the pro subscription. Which will allow you the option to upload your music.

To search for music in Vibr, use the Search bar at the top of the discover Page. You can filter results by Artists, Albums, or Playlists. In your Library, use the Sort feature to organize content by Recently Played, Most Liked, or Alphabetically.

Why Am I Seeing Songs I Didn't Add on My Account?

There's a couple of different reasons why you could be seeing this happen on your Vibr account. We've explained them below, along with what some troubleshooting steps you can try.

If you notice songs unexpectedly added on your Liked Songs:
It's possible that you've linked your Vibr account with a third party app that could be adding new songs from your favourite artists when they become available
Tip: when integrating Vibr with a third-party app, always double check the permissions it allows before linking

If you're on free and notice songs added on playlists you've created:
Vibr can help you find new music we think you'll love. That means we’ll continue to suggest tracks and artists for your playlists as you create and edit them. The more you listen, the better the suggestions will become.

How Do I Change My Display Name on Vibr?

To change your display name:
• Go to Settings and tap on Profile settings.
• Edit your display name and save the changes.

Your Liked Songs are accessible from the Library. To remove or manage songs, simply tap the Thumbs up icon next to the song title to like it and the Thumbs down icon to unlike it.

How Can I Edit My Playlist on Mobile?

To edit a playlist:
• Open the playlist and tap the three dots (menu) in the top right corner.
• From there, you can add or remove tracks, change the playlist name, and reorder songs

How to Check Artist Ranking on Vibr

You can view lyrics for your favourite songs by tapping the Lyrics icon on the playback screen. Lyrics are available for most songs but might be missing for some content.
